the 'ADD PROPERTY' button at the bottom of this page. Listing
per property after the trial period is £25 U.K. per
three months, thats if you choose to pay the invoice we email
you at the end of your free trial.
At the end of your free trial you will be emailed and asked
if you would like to continue your Rental Advert.
Please read our terms before you add your property.

S.V.R.COM TERMS AND CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY *********************************************************
By creating an account and adding your property to s-v-r.com
you are accepting the following terms and conditions.
(1) Your placement will be terminated if you are found to
be
passing enquiries or bookings to owners not registered with
s-v-r.com. Enquiries you cannot fill are expected to be passed
to a@spain-villa-rentals.com to be re-distributed amongst
the
owners registered.
(2) Registration is not available to management companies,
agents or owners clubs. Or anyone who is associated with them.
(4) s-v-r.com reserve the absolute right to modify your listing
at any time without consultation, where it is felt that your
entry
is in excess of the allowed verbiage.
(5) s-v-r.com retains the right to remove your property without
notice at any time where it feels that you are in breach of
the terms AND SPIRIT of the agreement. (Refund is not given)
(6) We reserve the right to refuse your listing. Each listing
is reviewed before it goes live. Your payment will not be
debited until your listing has been passed. If you're listing
is refused we may not give a reason. You will be notified
via e mail. We shall decline your payment.
We regret that we cannot accept submissions via telephone,
e mail or by post.

(ie) If you own a 3 Bed Villa you should navigate to the
relevant category on the website and simply click on submit
ad (ie) spain-villa-rentals.com/villas/3 beds .Remember
each
owner is allowed one advert!
