Gibraltar is
a place for the nature lover all year round. Huge cliffs, open countryside
and incredible beaches, make this the perfect place to see a great
variety of flora, fauna, birds, land animals and sea mammals. You
will regularly spot dolphins playing in the Bay of Gibraltar,
and may even spot one of the many species of whale that also frequent
the bay. Many plants grow in Gibraltor, flourishing in the fresh
sea spray and high on the cliffs, some species can only be found
here.
At the entrance
of the Mediterranean you will see the awesome sight of The
Rock of Gibraltar. This monstrous rock dominates the skyline,
as it watches over the seas...looking on you can admire the beauty
of the Spanish coutryside, this is a picture postcard view to take
your breath away! The Walls of Gibraltar built by
the Moors run around the entire inner city. As you walk and watch,
you will see the battle scared stone and reinforced areas from great
battles that took place here.

At night make
yourself at home in one of the welcoming bars, or if you fancy a
flutter, try the Stakis Casino. A full night of fun, gaming tables
open at 9p.m, when you are done, retire to their elegant restaurant
where you can enjoy the excellent quisine whilst admiring the sunset
over the Bay.
There are plenty
of things to do in Gibraltar, if time is short or you do not have
a hire car you could take the 'Rock Tour', this lasts approx 90
mins stopping at various places of interest for you to look around.
