The city of Almeria is located at the eastern edge of
Andalucia. Tourism here is a growing industry with villa and apartments
being built to accomodate the growing tourist industry. To the coast
you can enjoy many golden beaches and sunkissed sands, but the center
of Almeria is dry and dusty...the barren landscape saw Almeria used
in many spaghetti westerns!
Even though the city is not one of Spains primary tourist attractions you will not be short of things to do and places to visit. Almeria offers a large selection of art galleries, museums and shops.
